MapOfMyWorldTerms of Use

By using MapOfMyWorld (the "App") you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the App. The Turkish version of these terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up and you're responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others or fake accounts.
2. Community guidelines – zero tolerance for objectionable content
The following content and behaviour are not tolerated in any way:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination,
- Obscene, sexual, violent or disturbing images and text,
- Content promoting illegal activity, spam and misleading advertising,
- Sharing other people's personal information without permission, or content infringing copyright or other rights.
You can report content that bothers you with the 🚩 icon and block users from their profiles. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and violating accounts may be closed without warning.
3. Your content
You own the content you share. You grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to display and store it in the App and to show it to other users according to the privacy settings you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content. The route of your public trips (stops and lengths of stay) may be copied by other users into their own private plans; your photos, notes and tags are not copied.
4. Third-party links
Flight, hotel, weather, exchange-rate and map information in the App comes from third parties. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of these services or the content of those sites; your bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant site.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. We recommend verifying travel decisions with official sources.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; for significant changes we'll ask for your consent again in the App. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
8. Additional terms regarding Apple
These terms are between you and MapOfMyWorld, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the App's maintenance, support or content. Use of the App through the App Store is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
